1.       Admission form can be obtained from the Principal office. The following documents are required to be submitted alongwith the application :-

(a)       Disability Certificate issued by Government Hospital.

(b)       Birth Certificate.

(c)       Transfer Certificate from any School/ Asha School if previously attended.

(d)       Progress report if held / received from previous attended School.

(e)       Income Certificate of parents.

(f)        Requirement of School bus facility. Yes / No with location & pick up point.

(g)       Aadhar Card.

2.       Admission Criteria for Students.       Following criteria will be adopted for admission :-

(a)       Age Minimum age for grant of admission is 5 years and no child beyond 18 years of age will be retained in school.

(b)       Selection will be based on initial diagnostic evaluation of IQ, pathology of handicapped, status of toilet training, absence of fits, epilepsy or excessive hyperactivity.

(c)       The special child post initial diagnosis, evaluation and med examination by specialist will be evaluated by Coordinator for requirement of permanent presence of parent / attendant with the child during school timings. In such cases parent / attendant with child will give a written consent for attending their special child in the premises of school stating ‘‘I _____________ parent of _______________ will abide by rules and regulation of the school while being present in the school premises during school timings and provide all possible assistance towards my child, when asked for’’.

3.       Priority for Admission.

(a)       Priority – I	Ward of Defence Serving Personnel.
(b)       Priority – II	Ward of Para Military Forces.
(c)       Priority – III	Ward of Ex- Serviceman.
(d)       Priority – IV	Ward of Defence Civilians.
(e)       Priority – V	Ward of Civil Personnel.

4.     Withdrawal.      Parents desirous of withdrawing their child from Asha School are required to submit an application minimum 15 days in advance.
